Carwen

Carwen joined the team at the end of Feburary 2008 just in time for our St David's Day celebration. From the start he has been the centre of attention and earns his keep by entertaining people and making them smile (although we have had the occasional child cry, but I guess a 9ft leek isn't exactly what you expect to see when you go on a day out with mam and dad) whether it be at Food Festivals, a cricket match or even a game of rugby. He very soft and cuddly and likes posing for photos.

Carwen loves meeting new people on his travels around Wales. He's not currently romanticaly linked to anyone although he does go a bit sheepish whenever we mention a certain potato from Pembroke
