Really Welsh meals make Christmas for homeless

As we get close to Christmas and temperatures plummet (we are all wrapped up in the office today!!) our thoughts turned to homeless people and those less fortunate in our society and that many of them will not get to have a hot meal on Christmas day. Together with Beacon Foods we have been able to donate a couple hundred of our Cauliflower Cheese and Leek and Potato Gratin to ensure that many young homeless people and vunerable women will be able to enjoy a hot meal at Christmas.

Llamau are a charity based in Cardiff and are in a fact our neighbours as they have a base on Cathedral round just around the corner from our small office at the SWALEC Stadium. The meals will be distributed to young people and vunerable women right across South Wales.

As you can see Rhiannon was busy delivering the meals.

Two of the less camera shy young people at the centre tucked in early to some Cauliflower Cheese along with fundraiser Deborah.

Llamau provides a wide range of housing services and associated support to socially excluded homeless and potentially homeless young people and vunerable women.

The organisation currently provides support services to over 800 people throughout ten local authorities in South Wales. For further information about Llamau click here or call 02920 239585
