Cawl? How do you make that?
This week Andy and the team got invited to take their leeks to the big smoke of London to show the guys at channel 5's Cooking the Books how to really cook some great leek recipes.
Celebrity Chef Brian Turner was on hand to keep an eye on things and even though it got a bit heated over the cawl recipe, the cawl and leeks tasted great and Brian may even have a cawl recipe in his next book.
