Carwen dons a Red Nose in aid of Comic Relief

Carwen donned his red nose and joined staff at Sainsbury's Thornhill in Cardiff to raise money for Comic Relief on Friday 13th March.

He was greeted by Staff and students from nearby schools, and even joined forces with a Dalek to help raise funds. This years Red Nose day proved to be the biggest on record with fundraising hitting a record breaking £57,809,938 so far.

With no sign of a bath of baked beans Carwen played his part rattling his bucket to shoppers and handing out stickers to his fans who generously donated money.

Congratulations must go to all the staff at Sainsbury's in Thornhill who did such a great job organising their fund raising and dressing up to look the part.
